Initially an open canopied forest with large birch trees and lush understory is encountered. You then enter a dense forest which is comprised of large Interior Douglas-fir trees with evidence of past logging activity. A viewpoint is eventually reached, at which point Kimball road is followed to the Blue Cedars Campground

In 1994 the citizens of Prince George, British Columbia, decided to create a Greenway for the community. The vision was a corridor that encompasses over 300 hectares of natural environment containing 25 kms of multi use trail. After many years of organizing and planning, they succeeded with the creation of the Cranbrook Hill Greenway. The trails in the Greenway are used by runners, walkers, cyclists, skiers, horseback riders and other non motorized users. The trail can be directly accessed from our front entrance.
